Immunization

Under the Universal Immunisation Programme all Pregnant mothers and their children are immunized at free of cost.

All Pregnant mothers and their new born are protected against vaccine preventable diseases. This programme aims to reduce mortality and morbidity give to Vaccine preventable diseases.(VPI).

On every Wednesday routine immunization clinic is conducted in all rural and urban all Primary Health Centres and all Government Hospitals.

On every month first Wednesday routine immunization clinic is conducted in all Health Sub Centres (HSC) and during the subsequent Wednesday the immunization clinic is conducted in all Rural and Urban ICDS centres belonging to the HSCs.
