Hosur New Town Development was notified under section 10(1)(a) of Town and Country Planning Act 1971 in G.O.Ms.No.257 Rural Development and Local Administration, Dt:22.02.1978 and it was confirmed under section 10(4) of Town and Country Planning Act 1971 in G.O.Ms.No.782 Housing and Urban Development Department Dated: 19.05.1979.

Inclusion of additional area in Hosur New Town Development area was notified under section 10(1)(c) of Town and Country Planning Act 1971 in G.O.Ms.No.01 Housing and Urban Development Department Dated: 02.01.2013 and it was confirmed under section 10(4) of Town and Country Planning Act 1971 in G.O.Ms.No.96 Housing and Urban Development Department Dated: 29.05.2017.

MASTER PLAN FOR HOSUR NEW TOWN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY

Hosur New Town Development Authority Master plan approved under section 28 of Town and Country Planning Act 1971 in G.O M.s.No.337 Housing and Urban Development Department Dated: 24.04.1984.

Inclusion of additional area in Hosur New Town Development Authority Master plan consented under section 24 of Town and Country Planning Act 1971 in G.O M.s.No.304 Housing and Urban Development Department Dated: 17.12.2002.

Director of Town and Country Planning, Chennai has instructed to invite objections and suggestions on revised Hosur Development Plan which has modification with the consented Hosur Development Plan. The revised Hosur Development Plan was published as below; objections and suggestions are called from the public under section 26 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971.

Objections and Suggestions are called from 16.07.2024 to 30.07.2024. Objections and suggestions may be made in writing to the Deputy Director, Krishnagiri District Town and Country Planning office directly or by post.
