National Deworming Day

National Deworming Day (NDD) is celebrated every year on Feb 10th and Aug 10th. NDD aims in deworming all preschool children and school age children (enrolled and non enrolled) between 1-19 yrs of age through Government schools, Government Aided Schools and anganwadi centres.

Teachers will administer Tab.Albendazole to all school enrolled children. Anganwadi worker will administer Tab.Albendazole to all children aged 1-5 yrs and out of school children and adolescents.
