In Hosur, with the help of public contribution of Rupees twenty lakhs an old dilapidated Leprosy Hospital building was converted into a modern Hospital, equivalent to any Private Nursing Home. On National Highway any emergency is met by this hospital staff and the emergency GOLDEN HOUR treatment is given to the patient immediately and the precious life is saved. Orthopaedicians and supporting staff from SPARSH hospital are available here 24 X 7. Two ambulances are also available here for any emergency.

Tamil Nadu first Public private partnership between government and SPARSH hospitals Bangaloru and was inaugrated by the Honourable Health Minister. Government Order approving MOU was also issued in G.O.Ms.No. 278 Health and family welfare (Z2) department dated 06-08-2007.
