- Anganwadi Workers
- Head Masters
- Panchayat Level Federation
- Village Volunteer Force
 This forms the Panchayat Level Convergence Committee. They discuss about various issue affecting their village panchayat including status of the "out of school" children, sanitation of the individual houses, Women's Literacy etc. The minutes of the meeting is sent to the collectorate for the review and follow up action is taken accordingly.
